In accordance with articles 13 - 14 of European Regulation 2016/679 hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”, we hereby inform you that Cistelaier S.p.A. with registered office in Viale Marcello Finzi 587, in its capacity as Data Controller, processes your data to answer your queries regarding Cistelaier S.p.A. products and/or services and, subject to your consent, to send commercial and advertising information regarding information messages and promotional communications concerning Cistelaier S.p.A. activities and/or services. (e.g. e-mails, newsletters, text message and MMS advertisements) in full compliance with the principles of correctness and lawfulness in accordance with legal provisions. Your personal data will be processed manually, electronically and/or telematically, through the use of automated call tools. Each processing is carried out in compliance with the methods specified in Articles 6, 32 of the GDPR and by adopting the appropriate security measures. Provision of your personal data is always optional, however in the absence of data marked as “compulsory” in the above form, we will be unable to respond to your requests. Your data may also be viewed by the company which manages the website, limited to the technical accesses for web server maintenance and management requirements. Please note that, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, pursuant to the provisions of art. 5 of the GDPR, the period of retention of your personal data is established for a period of time no longer than the provision of the services and in any case no more than 24 months. You have the right to obtain from the Data Controller the cancellation (right to be forgotten), limitation, updating, amendment, portability, objection to the processing of personal data concerning you, and in general can exercise all the rights envisaged by articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.
